KC Professional Seal & Shine Oil is a multipurpose technical product which can be used both as protective oil and shine booster. As a protective oil it blocks the color from staining the skin when applying hair color. When mixed with the color mass protects the scalp and acts as a shine booster. When used on very porous hair applying the color becomes much easier. Can be used also a scalp protector before perming.
